Standard Investment completed the acquisition of Sachem Europe from Sachem for $30m.

Standard Investment, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Sachem Europe, a company that produces high-quality chemicals, from Sachem, a global leader in high-purity chemical solutions, for $30m. “For decades, SACHEM Europe has served as a reliable and high-quality supplier in the specialty chemicals industry, supporting customers across packaging, coatings, and life sciences. As demand for cationic starch continues to rise due to increased usage of cardboard packaging, SACHEM Europe will benefit from their strong competitive position in the European market,” Hendrik Jan ten Have, Standard Investment Partner.
