UOB Venture Management completed the acquisition of 12% stake in Bien Hoa Consumer JSC.

UOB Venture Management, which provides financing to privately-held companies in Southeast Asia and Greater China, completed the acquisition of 12% stake in Bien Hoa Consumer JSC, which specializes in consumer products within the food and beverage industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We greatly appreciate BHC’s capabilities in developing clean, green, and natural product lines that align with fast-emerging consumer trends across the ASEAN region, with over 600 million people.
