Socaf, a distributor of professional cleaning equipment and solutions, completed the merger with Tecno Clean, a supplier of industrial cleaning machines and systems, and Bottoni, a manufacturer of detergents and cleaning products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The complementarity of the three companies is a key strategic strength. This merger will allow us to create a group capable of covering all of Northern Italy, offering a full range of products and services, from consumables to cleaning machines, with a high level of service and support," Diego Lussana, Socaf CEO.
