Utthunga, a transformation partner for engineering innovation and industrial excellence, and Data Gumbo, an industrial smart contract platform, formed UTT-DataGumbo, a joint venture that combines Utthunga's 1,200-strong industrial engineering team and advanced AI analytics with automated smart-contract workflows and transparent sustainability frameworks. Financial terms were not disclosed.
