JumpCloud completed the acquisition of VaultOne.

JumpCloud, a cloud-based directory platform, completed the acquisition of VaultOne, a cybersecurity company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of VaultOne brings a deeply experienced team and established PAM technology into the JumpCloud family.
