Sanmina completed the acquisition of the data center infrastructure manufacturing business of ZT Systems for $3bn.

Sanmina, an integrated manufacturing solutions company, completed the acquisition of the data center infrastructure manufacturing business of ZT Systems, a provider of Cloud and AI infrastructure to the world's largest hyperscalers, for $3bn.
