Renta Group completed the acquisition of Containertech Rental.

Renta Group, a full-service equipment rental company, completed the acquisition of Containertech Rental, a provider of specialized container-based water treatment solutions used primarily in tunnel infrastructure projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Containertech Rental provides high-quality specialised equipment to support our growing infrastructure rental business unit. By combining Containertech Rental’s operations and fleet with Renta, we see a strong opportunity to elevate our capabilities,” Leif-Martin Drange, Renta Managing Director.
