Nazara Technologies completed the acquisition of Curve Games from Catalis for $25m.

Nazara Technologies, a publicly listed diversified gaming company, completed the acquisition of Curve Games, a UK games publisher, from Catalis, a UK-headquartered global video game and entertainment group, for $25m. Curve Games will retain its office in London, with all staff and the leadership team remaining with the company. Curve’s in-house development studios – Runner Duck in Brighton, UK and IronOak Games in Vancouver, Canada – are included in the acquisition agreement.
