Blue Point-Backed Pinnacle MEP completed the acquisition of Hammans Electric.

Blue Point-Backed Pinnacle MEP, a portfolio of companies providing HVACR, plumbing, electrical and related mechanical services, completed the acquisition of Hammans Electric, a licensed electrical contractor based in Indianapolis. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Hammans is a great fit for the Pinnacle platform. We are excited to expand our electrical services in Indiana, grow our regional presence and continue building a full-service offering across the Midwest," Bill Kowal, Pinnacle MEP Chairman.
