ACP-backed MKB Company completed the acquisition of Silt Saver.

ACP-backed MKB Company, a manufacturer of erosion control, pollution prevention and stormwater management, completed the acquisition of Silt Saver, a provider of inlet protection, silt fence and other sediment control products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The Silt Saver partnership is another example of the MKB platform vision resonating with other business owners in the erosion control industry.
