Datassential, a food and beverage insights platform, completed the acquisition of Brizo FoodMetrics, a provider of actionable market intelligence for foodservice companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition gives our customers unmatched intelligence and a broader arsenal of tools to outpace the competition.
