Apollo Global Management-backed Evri, a parcel delivery company, completed the acquisition of Coll-8, an Irish e-commerce delivery and logistics company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This landmark acquisition will significantly accelerate the speed of Evri’s parcel delivery and return times for our customers in the Republic of Ireland.
