Waters completed the acquisition of Halo Labs.

Waters, an analytical laboratory instrument and software company, completed the acquisition of Halo Labs, an company specialized in imaging technologies to detect, identify, and count interfering materials (particles) in therapeutic products, such as cell, protein and gene therapies.
