Ark MFG completed the acquisition of Tarpon Stainless Fabricators.

Ark MFG, a holding company dedicated to acquiring, revitalizing, and growing US-based manufacturing companies, completed the acquisition of Tarpon Stainless Fabricators, a Florida-based company specializing in custom stainless steel fabrication. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I am incredibly happy and excited about this acquisition. For me, it is a deeply personal moment that brings me back to nearly 50 years ago when my grandfather arrived from Cuba and established Metal Equipment of Florida, building a legacy of custom stainless steel fabrication.
