Sedna, an intelligent communication platform for complex logistics and supply chain, completed the acquisition of CompassAir, an Athens-based provider of maritime workflow solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. With CompassAir’s strong foothold in the Greek and Norwegian shipping sector - two of the most influential regions in global maritime - Sedna strengthens its international reach and deepens its engagement with industry-leading shipowners and operators.
