Euclid Cortex Holdings completed the acquisition of Cortex Process Equipment and VME Fabricators from Thomas Lee Properties.

Euclid Cortex Holdings, a holding company focused on acquiring and managing businesses, completed the acquisition of Cortex Process Equipment, which specializes in providing custom-built well-site equipment and field services, and VME Fabricators, a provider of engineering, design, fabrication, sale, lease, repair, and maintenance of onshore oilfield equipment, from Thomas Lee Properties, specialises in bringing together investors and developers. Financial terms were not disclosed.
