Ouest Croissance, UNEXO, and BNP Paribas-backed GUYOT Environnement, a company specializing in recycling raw materials and transforming non-recyclable waste, completed the acquisition of Guy Pradat Recyclage, a waste management service. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This opening of GUYOT environnement's capital is not unprecedented. It aims to allow us to maintain our growth momentum and continue our development with confidence.
