EQT Infrastructure to acquire Seven Seas Water from Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners.

EQT Infrastructure, an investment firm, agreed to acquire Seven Seas Water, a water production and wastewater treatment plants, from Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, an infrastructure investment platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are excited to join forces with the Seven Seas team to help drive more efficient water and wastewater management and fulfill their mission to expand access to clean, affordable water in the communities where it is needed the most," Alex Darden, EQT Partner and Head of Infrastructure Advisory Team Americas.
