Banca March Socimi and Hospiten Group to form a €200m joint venture.

Banca March Socimi, an entity vehicle owned by Banca March alongside its private banking clients and institutional shareholders, and Hospiten Group, a private international healthcare group, specializing in the operation and management of hospital and medical centers, to form a €200m joint venture. The investment will be channeled through a REIT (Socimi) holding a majority stake of 71% in Banca March, which will incorporate the bank's clients at a later stage, while Hospiten will hold the remaining 29%.
