Kistefos to acquire Holberg from DNB Bank.

Kistefos, an investment company, agreed to acquire Holberg, a fund management company, from DNB Bank, a financial services group. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We carefully evaluated several strategic alternatives, including the sale of the company to a new owner that will be a long-term committed partner for Holberg, to ensure the best outcome for its clients, employees, and future development,” Tony Elofsson, DNB CEO.
