Innoporc completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Desarrollos Ganaderos Sostenibles from Tello.

Innoporc, a family-owned company focused on the production of pork and the manufacturing of animal feed, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Desarrollos Ganaderos Sostenibles, a company that operates hog farms, from Tello Group, a food company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
