AECI and Dyno Nobel completed the formation of DetNet.

AECI, an explosives and specialty chemicals group, and Dyno Nobel, a global manufacturer and supplier of industrial explosives, fertilizers, and chemicals, completed the formation of DetNet, a provider of electronic initiation systems, blast design software, and electronic detonators. Financial terms were not disclosed.
