Ardian-backed Trinity Consultants completed the acquisition of Zanjero.

Ardian-backed Trinity Consultants, a global environmental consulting firm, completed the acquisition of Zanjero, a California-based water resource planning and engineering consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Zanjero shares our commitment to scientific excellence, environmental ethics and exceptional responsiveness to address complex regulations and resource challenges," said Mike Remsberg, Trinity Consultants Divisional President of Water & Ecology.
