Eurazeo to invest in 3P.

Eurazeo, a private equity firm, agreed to invest in 3P, a software publisher specialized in procurement and post-procurement as well as asset management solutions for public-sector institutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction marks the eleventh investment for Eurazeo PME IV, the third outside France, and demonstrates the expertise of the Small-mid buyout strategy in supporting fast-growing European technology and services mid-market champions in their international expansion.
