Gulf Navigation to acquire Brooge Energy for AED3.2bn.

Gulf Navigation, an integrated shipping and maritime services company, agreed to acquire Brooge Energy, a midstream oil storage and service provider, for AED3.2bn. “This signing marks a pivotal moment in GULFNAV’s growth journey.
