Holcim to acquire Alkern for $170m.

Holcim, a global company that provides cement, aggregates, and ready-mix concrete to the construction industry, agreed to acquire Alkern, a company that manufactures prefabricated concrete products for building construction, outdoor landscaping, and public works, for $170m.
