Madison Dearborn Partners-backed AIR Control Concepts, a company specializing in partnerships with commercial HVAC solutions providers, completed the acquisition of J.M. O'Connor, a commercial HVAC manufacturers' representative serving Kansas and western Missouri. Financial terms were not disclosed.
