Averna Capital completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Mel Aviation Components.

Averna Capital, a UK-based private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Mel Aviation Components, a supplier and manager of rotable aircraft components for Airbus and Boeing narrow-body platforms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “MAC is a significant player in the Aerospace USM and MRO supply market, which offers compelling growth potential. With a strong inventory position in key product lines and a highly capable team, the company is well-positioned to expand.
