Deloitte, a global provider of audit, tax, and consulting services, completed the acquisition of MERITUS Business Advisors, a renowned restructuring consulting firm in Germany. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this strategic acquisition, Deloitte is increasing its market presence in southwest Germany and opening up new client segments for turnaround and restructuring services in an economically important region.
