Carroll Capital-backed Elevator Service, a provider of elevator maintenance, modernization, and repair services, completed the acquisition of American Elevator, an elevator repair and installation services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "American Elevator has built a strong reputation for customer-focused service and technical excellence.
