STG Partners-backed Print Eps, a software company, completed the acquisition of Avanti Computer Systems, a management information software system, from Ricoh Company, a provider of products and services, including printers, copiers, document management solutions, IT services, software, and consulting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. We are thrilled to welcome Avanti customers and employees to the Print ePS family.
