Alfeor, a French industrial group consolidating high-performance SMEs to build a world-class industrial equipment supplier, completed the acquisition of Deltafluid, a French company specializing in pressure and flow measurement instruments and fluid control solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The integration of Deltafluid represents a major strategic step forward.
