Onex completed the acquisition of Mid-State Industrial Maintenance from CenterGate Capital.

Onex, an investment firm, completed the acquisition of Mid-State Industrial Maintenance, a provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul solutions, from CenterGate Capital, an Austin-based private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Working with Shawn Toney and the Mid-State team has been a pleasure.
