VINCI Construction Canada completed the acquisition of Peters Bros Construction.

VINCI Construction Canada, a construction engineering company, completed the acquisition of Peters Bros Construction, a paving and road construction company providing asphalt products and services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition will strengthen VINCI Construction presence in Western Canada where it already operates in the Vancouver area, in Alberta and in Saskatchewan, allowing for greater synergies and operational capability.
