Groupe CAT, a logistics company specializing in the automotive industry, completed the acquisition of Semat, a company specializing in automotive logistics services, from Transfesa, a company specializing in sustainable door-to-door logistics and freight solutions, and Deutsche Bahn, a company that provides railway services. Financial terms were not disclosed.
