Consensys Software completed the acquisition of Web3Auth.

Consensys Software, a blockchain software company, completed the acquisition of Web3Auth, a decentralized private key management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Joining Consensys marks an exciting new chapter, built on a shared vision to make Web3 universally accessible. By bringing Web3Auth’s wallet capabilities into the heart of MetaMask, we aim to unlock a new paradigm of wallet connectivity and security for end users," Web3Auth statement.
