Exuma Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm, completed the acquisition of Florida operations from Air Pros USA, a residential and commercial air conditioning services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I started this company with one truck and one employee and grew it into one of the largest HVAC companies in the state focused on delivering exceptional service to our customers in Florida. After I stepped down as CEO, I saw the board making business decisions that were not in the best interest of our employees or our customers.
