Pemba Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Hunter Premium Funding from Allianz Australia.

Pemba Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Hunter Premium Funding, a company that specializes in premium funding, from Allianz Australia, an insurer and part of the global Allianz Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Hunter is a well-established brand with a strong reputation, and we see tremendous potential for growth and innovation.
