Keesing Media completed the acquisition of Kolmiokirja from Kaleva Media.

Keesing Media, a Dutch publisher of puzzle magazines, completed the acquisition of Kolmiokirja, a publisher of crossword and entertainment magazines, from Kaleva Media, a Finnish multimedia company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Kolmiokirja is a great company. The arrangement gives more support to the development of Kolmiokirja's operations and products. With the cooperation agreement, the cooperation with Kaleva Media will continue to be strong and support Kaleva Media's strategy," Juha Laakkonen, Kaleva Media CEO.
