Ingersoll Rand completed the acquisition of Lead Fluid.

Ingersoll Rand, a company that operates as an industrial manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Lead Fluid, a Chinese company that specializes in the development and production of peristaltic pumps. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition demonstrates our ability to work directly with family founders to add leading companies to Ingersoll Rand. We look forward to strengthening our life science capabilities in China and the overall durability of our portfolio by increasing our exposure to this high-growth, sustainable end market,” Vicente Reynal, Ingersoll Rand chairman and chief executive officer.
