ABM, a provider of facility, engineering, and infrastructure solutions, completed acquisition of LMC FM, a Dublin-based facilities services company with coverage across Ireland. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition reflects another step in ABM’s strategy to expand its capabilities and operations in Ireland.
