Accenture to acquire Integrated Product Support business of SIPAL.

Accenture, a multinational professional services company, agreed to acquire Integrated Product Support business of SIPAL, an engineering services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By acquiring SIPAL’s Italian IPS business, we once again confirm our commitment to investing in Italian excellence and support sectors that are strategic to the country.
