Parthenon Capital-backed Cherry Bekaert, a professional services firm, completed the acquisition of Spicer Jeffries, a US-based accounting and advisory firm specializing in the securities industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition underscores our commitment to the financial services industry.
