HIG Capital-backed Andwis Group completed the Acquisition of Hesis from He Simm Group.

HIG Capital-backed Andwis Group, a UK-based technical building services and compliance company, completed the acquisition of HESIS, a UK company offering fire protection & fire alarm systems and security services, from He Simm Group.
