Axel Johnson International completed the acquisition of FIMO.

Axel Johnson International, a Swedish industrial group, completed the acquisition of FIMO, a power transmission distributor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In recent years, FIMO has constantly grown organically and through strategic acquisitions, improving our market position significantly.
