Synqony to acquire Zedal and InfoTech.

Synqony, a specialist in digitalization solutions for the circular economy, agreed to acquire Zedal, a company that offers digital documentation and proof procedures, and InfoTech, a company specializing in information and data technology solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With ZEDAL and InfoTech, we are gaining not only excellent technology but also an experienced team that shares our vision of a fully digitized circular economy," Robert Schmitz, Synqony CEO.
