Andritz agreed completed the acquisition of Diamond Power from Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises for $177m.

Andritz, a supplier of plants, equipment, automation solutions and services for hydropower stations, completed the acquisition of Diamond Power, a designer and manufacturer of advanced boiler cleaning systems, from Babcock & Wilcox Enterprises, a provider of energy and environmental technologies and services, for $177m. “With the variety of fuels increasing, cleaning the inside of recovery and power boilers is becoming more important all the time.
