ReproTech completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Matcher Technologies from Fertility QMS.

ReproTech, a Delaware-based provider of cryostorage technology solutions, off-site storage, and logistics services, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Matcher Technologies, a UK-based company in fertility technology, from Fertility QMS, a UK-based company involved in various activities related to fertility and animal production. Financial terms were not disclosed.
