Exagon completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SunRoof.

Exagon, a private equity firm advancing the renewable energy transition in Latin America and the Caribbean, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in SunRoof, a leading Latin American clean energy provider of solar and battery storage solutions.
