Lagercrantz completed the acquisition of Epoke form Erhvervsinvest.

Lagercrantz, a technology company that offers solutions and products in the areas of electronics, communication, software, and machinery, completed the acquisition of Epoke, a Danish company specializing in winter road maintenance equipment, from Erhvervsinvest, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are delighted to welcome Epoke to Lagercrantz.
